The Elections Committee was comprised of Jeffrey “Gus” Weaver (Chair), Kendra Hawley, Carlos Tarazona, Denise Turner, and Jeff Olson (433).
The EC was called upon to oversee the election of the two new Executive Directors required by the acceptance of Proposals 5 and 6. Three members were nominated: Stephanie Magnus, Laura Ross, and Tihda Vongkoth.
There were 32 of 33 possible votes recorded. Milkshake Mayfield was not in attendance at the conference on the morning of the election and was not able to vote.
The results of the election were as follows:
Some ballots recorded a vote for only one candidate and not two.
The Election Committee had one member read the votes, a second person verify that the votes were read correctly by the first member, and a third member record the votes. The other two observed the process.
